Except when I check the app tonight, it’s no longer on the app.
So I call…automated line says on order will be ready 12/14. But the app said “delayed call your dr” ok why? On order? An issue with the script? I’m not calling my Dr till I have more info. But why? It’s active, a month overdue, and has valid refills? So why? But whatever it’s just Flonase.īut my adhd med….had my appointment yesterday. Keeps coming back on the app canceled call the pharmacy.
But I’ve been trying to refill my Flonase. I can switch pharmacies now ins wise, and plan on it after the holidays. So I’m happy.īut, I’d no longer say I was “promoted” to customer. I’m busy and while yes, corporate and higher ups can still be “higher ups”, it’s still patient based and techs/rphs have better working conditions. It’s hard, it’s stressful, it’s my first Part D and PA renewal season in years, but I love it. So I left in September for a pharmacy liaison position.
I also needed to make sure my main priority job wise, was the patient and not shareholders. But I’m still a tech at heart and eventually I couldn’t morally work there anymore with the current pharmacy conditions. Went back, but in corporate in early 2020. Left after 8 years…did a ton of other pharmacy gigs and picked up all the info I could.
